Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask with in-store and phone interactions.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and ASE certification is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist with service to professional customers and phone inquiries.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns.
• Maintain store appearance and stock, planograms, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and basic troubleshooting as trained.
