Qualificações

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Experience with cash handling and credit transactions.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support installers and store management as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls and quote prices.
• Perform daily store tasks and maintain planograms.
• Occasionally drive delivery vehicle as needed.
• Provide in-store services per state/local laws (where allowed).
