Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly customer service.
• Ability to multitask with customers in-store and on the phone.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Serve professional customers along with installers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain stock, planogram updates, and store cleanliness.
• Occasionally drive and operate store equipment after training.
