• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner and resolve issues.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram compliance, and shelf conditions.
• Perform in-store services as trained (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes) and occasional deliveries.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing development.
