NAPA Auto Parts in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Store Pro to be the frontline contact for customers, delivering the NAPA experience and automotive parts solutions for retail and wholesale clients.

You will apply product knowledge, support delivery and store operations, engage customers with a positive attitude, and help maintain accuracy in inventory, POS use, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain accurate inventory records.
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks as needed to optimize store performance, merchandising, and overall efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and operational standards.
