Job summary

Puget Collision is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage daily parts ordering and processing for repair jobs. You will ensure correct parts are available for technicians to maintain production flow and timely repair timelines, while supporting estimators with ordering needs.

You will handle parts check-in, returns, invoicing, and real-time posting to CCC, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and team collaboration in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Collision University Training required in first 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Check-in all received parts as they arrive and match to the Repair Order.
• Process returns and secure credits for damaged or incorrect parts.
• Maintain 5S clean and organized delivery area with up-to-date CCC parts list.
• Post invoices/credits in real time and ensure all billed materials have an invoice.
• Monitor Parts Owed list and coordinate parts ETA with the daily production schedule.
• Assist Estimators with ordering required parts and ensure first-time accuracy.
• Support shop efficiency with parts pickup, vehicle delivery, and minor cleaning tasks.
