Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, deliveries, and accuracy across repair orders. You will inspect, mirror match, and Steward parts from vendor orders, ensuring proper documentation and posting in CCC One.

You will support technicians, monitor KPIs, and mentor the Parts Assistant as needed. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401k with match, a referral bonus, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering and communicate with vendors.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner on status.
• Receive and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure parts are accounted for.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of expected drop off.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor immediately.
• Drive parts related KPIs by monitoring margins, credits, inventory and spend.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure timely posting in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and guidance.
• Lead Parts Team and mentor the Parts Assistant when applicable.
