Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in auto body shop, automotive repair, or customer service role.
• Basic computer proficiency for invoice tracking and shop management software (CCC One, Mitchell, Autoflow).

Responsibilities

• Assist with flow of vehicles through production and lot management.
• Assist with parts procurement and inventory management.
• Process parts invoices in shop management software and track costs.
• Coordinate with Body Technicians and Painter for handoffs.
• Support customer service and front office as needed.
