Puget Collision in Poulsbo, WA is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast-paced shop, coordinating flow of vehicles through production, parts procurement, detailing and lot management, and providing occasional customer and phone support.

This full-time hourly role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and collaboration with Body Technicians and Painters to ensure timely repairs and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an auto body shop, automotive repair, or customer service role.
• Basic computer proficiency for invoice tracking and shop management software.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Confirm drop-off orders, verify part accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of parts to meet repair schedules.
• Parts Distribution: Deliver parts to Body Technicians and Painter, and maintain an organized parts storage area.
• Invoice Processing: Post parts invoices accurately in shop management software and track costs.
• Returns and Credits: Coordinate parts returns and post credits to maintain records.
• Invoice Tracking: Reconcile pending invoices and flag discrepancies.
• Vendor Communication: Liaise with parts suppliers to resolve issues and maintain vendor relationships.
• Vehicle Detailing: Clean and detail vehicles for delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Lot Porter Duties: Move vehicles around the shop and lot and stage cars for repair or delivery.
• Shop and Office Maintenance: Keep shop floor and offices clean and presentable.
• Ad Hoc Support: Provide daily assistance to the team and run errands as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Body Technicians and Painter to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Customer Service:Occasional front office support and phone handling as required.
