Job summary

Puget Collision in Bend, OR is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage daily parts ordering and processing for vehicle repairs, ensuring the right parts are on hand for technicians to keep production flowing.

You will work with Estimators, post invoices and credits in real time, maintain 5S organized delivery areas, and coordinate parts timing with the repair schedule. The role requires Collision University Training within 6 months and comfortable handling parts through the CCC system.

Qualifications

• Collision University Training within 6 months of hire.
• Experience ordering and processing parts to support technicians.
• Ability to post invoices and credits to Repair Orders in real time.

Responsibilities

• Check-in all received parts against Repair Orders and CCC.
• Process returns and credits; document and reconcile for credit.
• Maintain 5S organized delivery area; keep returns under 1 week.
• Post invoices/credits same day; ensure accurate RO billing.
• Maintain Daily Parts Owed list; review scheduled repairs for parts.
• Coordinate parts ETA with daily production schedule and sublet items.
