Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory processing.

Responsibilities

• Check-in all received parts and mirror-match to repair orders and vehicles.
• Process returns and document credits; maintain Returned Parts tracking.
• Keep a 5S clean delivery area and ensure parts are posted in real time.
• Post invoices/credits the same day and manage the Daily Parts Owed list.
• Assist estimators with ordering parts and ensure availability first time.
