Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates may be bilingual (Spanish) and will greet customers, help them select merchandise, and assist professional customers. The role includes cash handling, returns, phone support, and basic store operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per policy.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Answer store phone calls and lookup parts/prices per policy.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer and assist with daily store operations.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and shelving.
