O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and involves in-store and phone assistance, cash handling, and daily operational tasks.

Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with Spanish language skills considered a plus. The position includes a full compensation package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is preferred/desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs, e.g. Hi-5 and related selling.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions.
