Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks.
• I-Car registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received per production schedule and vehicle needs.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Enter parts invoices into the Management Information System (MIS).
• Label and track parts by the RO number and store with the vehicle or scheduled repairs.
• Monitor vendor invoices and ensure correct discounts to maintain profit margins.
