Job summary

Boyd Group Services is hiring a Parts Coordinator in Grove, OK. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning auto body parts for each repair order.

You will verify parts accuracy, manage invoices, and maintain parts inventory to support production schedules and vehicle needs. Experience with automotive parts and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts as indicated on repair orders.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop according to the production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track all parts by RO# and store with vehicle/scheduled repairs.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS and monitor performance of parts.
• Ensure invoices and credits are posted and filed/scanned timely.
• Verify negotiated discounts on vendor invoices to protect margins.
