Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to manage ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify part quality, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely distribution to the shop according to the production schedule.

The role requires high school diploma and 1–3+ years in automotive parts, with I-Car registration in progress preferred. Strong attention to detail and MIS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
• Experience with MIS systems for parts processing

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently
• Communicate customer requests to team members
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and reconcile
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicle
• Monitor parts vendor invoices and discount terms
• Assist with parts pricing changes (PPI) and supplier communications
