Boyd Group Services in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy and quality, ensuring timely delivery to the shop according to production needs.

Responsibilities include updating MIS invoices, labeling parts by RO number, coordinating with vendors, monitoring price changes, and supporting a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years parts experience; automotive body parts a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with ability to manage pressure and priorities.
• I-Car Registration or working toward Gold Class preferred.

Responsabilités

• Order and receive parts per repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts for timely production.
• Store and label parts by RO number; track inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors to order, receive, and confirm parts.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Post price changes and manage supplier discounts.
• Ensure timely distribution of parts to the shop.
• Maintain organized records and assist customers.
