Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching of auto repair parts. You will verify quality and accuracy of parts per the repair schedule and handle MIS invoicing while coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in auto parts, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment. This role requires moderate physical activity and is based in Palm Harbor, FL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented; able to manage pressure and prioritize tasks.
• I-CAR registration in progress (toward Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are ordered, received, stored, dispatched and returned for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS system.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with the vehicle and repairs.
• Communicate parts price changes to required team members.
