Job summary

The Boyd Group in Tyler, TX is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning of parts for repair orders. You will verify parts quality and ensure timely delivery to the shop, maintaining accuracy in the MIS.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I-Car registration progress is a plus and a team-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years handling auto body parts experience.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and track parts order, receipt, storage, and dispatch for repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received and their timely delivery.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with corresponding vehicles.
• Communicate price changes and supplier updates to the team.
