Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment (preferred).
• Hands-on vehicle repair or maintenance experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems (preferred).
• ASE Certification not required.
• Leadership and accountability in customer outcomes.
• Team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities and cycle counts.
• Support store operations and orders, including deliveries and logistics.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty.
• Contribute to store performance and efficiency.
