• Good computer skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; minimum 20 years of age.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign vehicle pickups and deliveries.
• Oversee daily transportation and dispatch operations for efficiency.
• Manage customer calls, invoices, driver sign-in sheets, and payroll.
• Maintain relationships with existing customer accounts as primary contact.
• Monitor driver performance and service quality daily.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer relationships.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet transportation needs.
• Handle accident reports when needed.
