Job summary

MetaOption, LLC is seeking a New Business Development Representative focused on Automotive ICE Powertrain. You will manage a defined group of customer relationships while actively identifying and developing new customers and accounts.

The role emphasizes expanding the customer base, pursuing new programs, leading meetings, and negotiating deals. Travel up to 40% is required; automotive OEM experience is essential.

Qualifications

5–10 years of automotive or industrial sales experience.
Prefer candidates who sold metal components to OEMs.
Understanding of RFQ processes and quoting.
Ability to explain how they secured new business and growth.
Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customers.
Identify and pursue new customers and accounts.
Develop and execute new business and market-entry strategies.
Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Represent the company at customer visits and industry events.
