Career Crunch is seeking a motivated New Business Development Representative to expand our customer base in the automotive sector. You will manage a defined group of relationships while pursuing new accounts and opportunities with prospective customers.

The role requires Tier 1/2 OEM automotive industry experience, deep understanding of ICE powertrain components, proven sales and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Qualificações

• Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 OEM automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of ICE powertrain systems and components.
• Proven sales experience with track record of deal closures.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes.
• Experience with RFQ processes, customer quotations, sourcing, and program awards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customers.
• Identify and pursue new customers, new accounts, and new business opportunities. Develop and execute new business and market entry strategies.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and activity reporting.
• Represent the company at customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met.
