Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $20 to $40 per hour, based on experience. Additional incentives may apply.

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one, working as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval before performing work after diagnosis; maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive vehicles and operate shop vehicles safely for inventory pickup.
• Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to general service technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred:

• ASE certification (A1-A8)
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
