Service Manager
Monday – Friday, hours vary; must be able to work weekends, early mornings, and some evenings
Non-Exempt/Hourly
$27 - $46 per hour
The Service Technician–Mechanic travels to customer locations to install, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and printing issues for Koenig & Bauer printing presses. The Service Technician interacts directly with the customer, listening to their needs and asking probing questions in preparation for the installation or service call. Must effectively communicate technical information and resolutions to customers with varying technical knowledge and abilities. The Technician must develop a plan of action to address customer issues, emphasizing quality work (fix it right the first time) and efficiency to minimize downtime and control costs.
Education: High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary technical certification preferred, especially in printing or industrial maintenance.
Experience: Minimum of two years related experience in printing, press manufacturing, or industrial maintenance.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and business software.
