Job Description

Pay: $25 - $30 per hour based on experience, plus incentives.

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. From day one, you will participate in comprehensive training covering all aspects of your role, preparing you for advancement. As a team member, you will perform repairs, contribute to delivering 5-star guest experiences, and ensure safe, reliable transportation for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
  • Obtain guest approval for work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Test drive guest vehicles and use shop equipment safely for inventory pickup.
  • Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program.
  • Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset.
  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8).
  • Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
