Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Philadelphia. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7AM–6PM, handling receiving, verification, put-away and order fulfillment for automotive parts.

You will work with SAP and RF devices within a warehouse ERP environment, ensuring accuracy and proper shipping paperwork. The ideal candidate has automotive industry exposure, comfort around technicians, and solid data-entry with basic spreadsheet skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or wholesale parts environment.
• Comfortable working around technicians and shop activity.
• Proficient with basic supply chain concepts and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify merchandise and ensure accuracy.
• Stock checks, part number verification and cycle counts.
• Use RF devices and ERP to put away, pick and ship parts.
• Label, pack and prepare shipping documents, keep KPI logs.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and support cross training.
