Job summary

YOH Services LLC in Tampa is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage receiving, verification, and put-away of automotive parts for a 7AM-6PM Sun-Wed schedule. You will use SAP, Reynolds and Reynolds, Lightspeed, and handheld RF devices to record and process shipments.

Responsibilities include stock checks, cycle counts, packing, labeling, and ensuring shipping documents are accurate. You will contribute to inventory accuracy and safety, while collaborating with technicians and cross-training

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related fields is preferred.
• Comfortable working around technicians and with pallet jacks (forklifts not required).
• Ability to organize, create spreadsheets, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy.
• Perform stock checks and cycle counts; support physical inventory.
• Consolidate loads, pack, repack, and wrap products for shipping.
• Label parts during put-away, picking, or shipping; pick items for orders and shipments.
• Ensure proper shipping documents (BOL, packing slips) accompany orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions and assist with requisitions and distributions.
