Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the Mesa area on a part-time weekend graveyard shift. The role involves receiving, verifying, stock checks, and packing/labeling parts for orders on Saturdays and Sundays from 6 AM to 6 PM.

You will use handheld RF tools with a WMS, perform cycle counts, and support inventory while partnering with technicians in a fast-paced automotive environment. Forklift experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry in some fashion.
• Experience with DMS/ERP systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed, SAP).
• Experience working around technicians.
• Experience with pallet jacks (forklifts not required).
• Experience with basic supply chain skills.
• Experience putting together spreadsheets and tables.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check & verify merchandise/product for accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive merchandise into WMS.
• Stock checks, cycle count, and support physical inventory.
• Put away, pick, pack, and label parts; ensure proper delivery docs.
• Maintain clean/safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
