Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company in San Francisco is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the SF AM shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) to support receiving, inventory, and shipping operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, ERP inventory systems, Excel and data entry, with exposure to automotive parts workflows and DMS tools such as CDK and Oracle JDE.

You'll work in a collaborative warehouse environment, perform cycle counts, labeling, and ensure proper documentation for shipments while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts or service environments.
• Familiar with DMS/ERP inventory systems.
• Ability to work around technicians and handle pallet jacks.
• Proficient in data entry, spreadsheets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise for accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to update WMS and perform stock checks.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Prepare shipments with proper documents and labeling.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and follow safety guidelines.
• Cross-train on other warehouse tasks.
