Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Philadelphia for a Monday–Friday daytime window. You will receive and verify merchandise, perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Strong comfort around technicians and basic supply chain skills are essential for success. Proficiency with SAP, Reynolds and Reynolds, and Lightspeed, plus hands-on use of handheld RF devices, will be leveraged to ensure accurate receiving and put-away.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related roles is required.
• Comfort working around technicians in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Experience with pallet jacks; forklifts are not required.
• Strong basic supply chain knowledge and organizational skills.
• Proficient in creating spreadsheets and tables; data entry and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify merchandise and ensure accuracy.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and support physical inventory.
• Pack, Re-Pack and wrap products for shipping; label during put away or picking.
• Manage shipping documents (BOL, packing slips) and ensure compliance with policies.
