Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Materials Coordinator for a part-time weekend graveyard shift in Mesa. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, and labeling of automotive parts, using RF devices and WMS to ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, shipping documentation, and safe, organized work practices. Candidates should have automotive industry experience, DMS familiarity (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed), and proficient Excel/data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive parts field or wholesale parts channels.
• DMS experience with systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, or Lightspeed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic material handling.
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and Excel.
• Attention to detail with data entry and reporting to KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise for accuracy.
• Perform receiving exceptions as needed and document variances.
• Use RF tools to receive items into the WMS and conduct stock checks.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory; assist with shipping/receiving tasks.
• Label and organize parts during put-away, picking, and packing for shipments.
