Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the Houston AM shift (Wed-Sat, 7AM-6PM) to receive, verify and organize automotive parts. You will use SAP, Reynolds and Reynolds, Lightspeed, and handheld RF tools to update the WMS, perform cycle counts, and prepare items for shipping.

Strong teamwork, basic supply chain skills and comfort working around technicians are important. Forklifts not required, but pallet jacks are used.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with automotive parts
• Comfortable around technicians and shop environment
• Experience using pallet jacks; forklifts not required
• Basic supply chain skills and inventory handling
• Ability to create and interpret spreadsheets and tables
• Willing to help with shop organization during downtime

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise and ensure accuracy
• Use SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds, Lightspeed, and RF tools to receive into WMS
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and support physical inventory
• Pack, repack and wrap products for shipping; label during put away and picking
• Ensure proper shipping documentation (BOL, packing slips) is included
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines
• Cross-train to learn additional warehouse functions
• Distribute materials to production workers and respond to material requests
