Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Materials Coordinator for weekend graveyard shifts in Miami. You will be responsible for receiving, verifying, stocking, and preparing automotive parts for shipping using RF tools and the company ERP system.

Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with DMS/ERP systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed) are essential. Forklifts are not required, and the role involves close collaboration with technicians.

Qualifications

Experience in the automotive industry with roles such as parts advisor, parts specialist, inventory technician, or materials handler.
Must be comfortable working as a team and around technicians.
Experience with a DMS/ERP system (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed; SAP is a plus).

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy.
Utilize handheld RF tools to receive into the WMS.
Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
Pack, re-pack, and wrap product for shipping as required.
Label parts during put-away, picking or shipping.
Pick parts for orders and shipments with attention to documents (BOL, packing slip).
Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with policies and safety guidelines.
Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
Distribute materials to production workers and assist with requisitions.
