Nesco Resource, LLC is recruiting an Account Manager, Automotive for a remote role with travel to Evansville, IN, Detroit, MI, and customer sites as needed. The position is full-time, direct hire, offering a base salary of $90,000–$140,000 plus commission and annual bonus eligibility.

The role focuses on leading strategic OEM and Tier 1 accounts in the automotive sector, building enduring relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing strategic accounts in automotive OEM, Tier 1, or related industrial fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary commercial contact for OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
• Develop account strategies and lead business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support programs and launches.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
