Job summary

McGavock Auto Group is seeking an Automotive IT Support Specialist to provide in-person and remote help across dealership locations in Texas. You’ll diagnose Windows and network issues, deploy devices, support Microsoft 365, and assist with onboarding, security, and ticketing documentation. This role demands organized, customer-focused problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows PCs and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with device setup, software deployment, and account support.
• Ability to support non-technical users in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote support for employees across dealership locations.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows PC, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Prepare, deploy, replace, and maintain computers, monitors, phones, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices and access tasks.
• Support Microsoft 365 user support including Outlook and Teams, MFA, and account issues.
• Follow established IT security standards and document work thoroughly.
