We have created a best-in-class IT environment to support our business needs. We are currently seeking to add a talented member to our corporate IT team.

Overall responsibility of the IT Support Technician is to facilitate the resolution of technical issues within dealerships and corporate headquarters. Dealership support is provided over the phone in a call center style environment while corporate headquarters support is face-to-face. This role will be located at our corporate headquarters office in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and is not a remote opportunity.

Specific Duties:

• Account provisioning for various productivity cloud applications and Dealer Management Systems
• Support enterprise, manufacturer and third-party applications including access
• Provide primary technical support via phone and remote software with excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve issues
• Prioritize, elevate and resolve incidents from ticket management system
• Deploy and support technology to the enterprise’s executives
• Troubleshoot and provision mobile devices
• Adhere to all corporate processes, policies and assist with technical documentation
• Provide weekend, holidays and after-hours support (rotation) including occasional travel

Minimal requirements for consideration of this position include:

• Associates Degree in computer sciences or related fields – 4-year college degree preferred
• Two years of related technology experience
• Willingness to continue to grow through outside and in-house training
• Strong experience and knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Teams, and related cloud services
• Microsoft Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
• Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Office applications
• PC hardware, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and peripherals
• Endpoint and client-side cybersecurity software
• Knowledge of:
• Automotive Retail Environment or similar
• Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
• VOIP Systems
• Basic WAN/LAN troubleshooting
