Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, PC hardware, and peripherals.
• Basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN) knowledge.
• Experience supporting multiple users in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and IT equipment.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Set up and deploy devices and user accounts for new hires.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
