Texas InfoTech in Houston currently seeks an IT Support Specialist / Microsoft 365 Administrator to support automotive dealership operations with a mix of technical support, systems administration, and dealership technology expertise.

The role emphasizes Reynolds & Reynolds DMS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management, delivering hands-on support, training, and seamless integration across multiple platforms for dealership personnel.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Reynolds & Reynolds DMS in automotive dealerships.
Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID and Intune experience.
Knowledge of networking basics, VPNs, endpoint management and cloud technologies.
Able to support users across multiple technical skill levels.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience with automotive dealership IT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for dealership employees and business-critical systems.
Administer and support Reynolds & Reynolds DMS, including troubleshooting, user support, training, and system integration.
Manage Microsoft 365 environments: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user administration.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
Support networking infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and overall system performance.
Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and cloud-based technology issues.
Provide end-user training and guidance to improve technology adoption and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system reliability, security, and productivity.
