Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Automotive IoT & Engineering Program & Growth Lead to support a key client account. This role blends automotive domain expertise, program management, and growth initiatives, working closely with client teams and Cognizant delivery units to shape strategy and deliver outcomes.

You will identify opportunities to expand the IoT & Engineering footprint, lead customer-facing programs, and ensure successful delivery across teams, while strengthening relationships

Qualifications

• Strong automotive domain experience, preferably with OEM/Tier-1 environments.
• Experience in program/delivery management within Automotive Engineering, IoT, ER&D, SDV, Industry 4.0.
• Strong customer/stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Customer-facing with account growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Understand automotive, IoT, SDV trends and align them with customer needs.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify priorities and opportunities.
• Develop and support growth strategy for the client account.
• Lead customer-facing program efforts and drive engagement.
• Support delivery management, resource fulfillment, and program execution.
• Coordinate with delivery, engineering, and account teams to translate needs into solutions.
