Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large automotive programs across OEMs, dealer networks, and consultants. You will manage cross-functional workstreams, build trusted executive sponsor relationships, and drive governance and reporting using advanced Excel and Power BI.

• Deep automotive industry knowledge with experience supporting OEMs, dealer networks, or automotive retail initiatives.
• Lead complex, large-scale marketing programs from strategy through execution.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI platform experience.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business objectives into roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading teams across marketing strategy, analytics, client services, technology, creative services, operations, and vendor partners.
• Use data to assess program performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Communicate clearly in internal and client meetings.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large automotive programs across OEM, dealer network, and consultants.
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, vendors, platforms, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary program lead for OEM and dealer-facing stakeholders, building trusted relationships with executive sponsors.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, risk registers, governance frameworks, and delivery plans.
• Establish program KPIs, business outcome measures, and performance reporting aligned with client objectives.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
