Scharmach Automotive Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage reconditioning and inventory of vehicles, ensuring they are retail-ready. You will coordinate repairs, organize stock, and support sales and service teams with admin tasks.

Responsibilities include recon walkthroughs, updating trackers, taking photos, organizing lot inventory, and assisting sales with in-process vehicles. This role offers growth in automotive operations and hands-on exposure to multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, reconditioning, or a related role.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and vehicle reconditioning processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recon walk-arounds and inspect vehicles using recon tracker.
• Organize inventory and update service trackers with photos.
• Take photos of all sales inventory for presentation.
• Assist sales advisors in showing in-process vehicles to customers.
• Stock used vehicles and perform weekly lot audits.
