Job summary

MAG in Pineville, NC is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Reconditioning Coordinator to manage the flow of vehicles through the dealership’s reconditioning process and ensure inventory is ready for sale. This role acts as a liaison between Service, New and Used Vehicle Sales, coordinating repairs, inspections, and vehicle readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process from intake to completion.
• Monitor vehicle status and prioritize work to meet sales department deadlines.
• Schedule inspections, maintenance, repairs, detailing, and quality control inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of repair orders, reconditioning costs, and vehicle status.
• Communicate daily with Service and Sales management regarding vehicle progress and completion timelines.
• Follow up with technicians, advisors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Ensure all required repairs meet dealership quality standards before vehicles are released for sale.
• Escalate delays or issues that may impact vehicle availability.
