Responsabilidades

• Update and maintain product/vendor data in internal systems with dates, notes and work order status.
• Review vendor order acknowledgments for accuracy and timely receipt of material.
• Provide PO numbers to confirm order placements and communicate with vendors.
• Maintain vendor scorecards representing customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile purchase orders and invoices; interface with Procurement and Accounting.
