Pick Your Part in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a procurement professional to support the team with data management, vendor communications, and daily purchase activities. The role requires attention to detail, data accuracy, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely material receipt and efficient operations.

The position follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule (8:45am–5pm) and involves handling vendor inquiries, PO coordination, and basic supplier performance reporting to drive cost savings.

Formación

• Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills required.
• Strong data-entry and documentation abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Update and maintain product/vendor data in internal systems with dates, notes, and status.
• Review vendor order acknowledgments for accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Communicate PO numbers to confirm order placements with vendors.
• Maintain vendor scorecard to reflect customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with Procurement and other departments to meet receiving goals.
• Schedule meetings to improve procurement efficiency.
• Assist in preparing and auditing RFPs.
• Generate reports on Supplier Performance, Spending by Commodity, and Cost Savings.
• Handle general services purchases as needed.
