Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for customers and set appointments.
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls to generate sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet leads across departments.
• Track, manage and nurture leads to maximize showroom traffic and conversions.
• Update websites with compelling, sales-driven offers.
• Post and manage social media content to drive engagement and leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly results.
• Serve as the CRM resource ensuring data accuracy and team usage.
• Support sales initiatives to hit dealership goals.
