Faulkner Buick/GMC of West Chester is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You’ll engage customers, schedule appointments, and support sales and service while pursuing career and financial goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
