Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You’ll handle customer calls, schedule sales/service appointments, and respond to inquiries.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
