L0280 Honolulu Ford is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to handle incoming calls, chats, and emails and convert leads into appointments with a focus on speed and customer satisfaction.

You will respond within tight timeframes, use CRM systems, and maintain accurate records while supporting dealership operations across a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and performance-based incentives.

Formación

• Automotive knowledge in sales context.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years call center experience is a plus.
• CRM experience.
• Mathematics – basic calculations.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to incoming emails with a phone call within 5 minutes, then follow with price quotes within 10 minutes.
• Convert sales opportunities to appointments or refer to a Sales Consultant.
• Speak with at least 75% of all assigned leads.
• Set confirmed appointments with at least 60% of contacted leads.
• Maintain a 60% show rate for appointments.
• Record every customer contact in the LSMS.
• Complete 100% of daily scheduled contact tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
