Job summary

Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Representative to handle online inquiries, respond to communications, and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs. You will work with the Sales Manager to set appointments and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection with industry knowledge and high customer happiness.
• Set appointments for vehicle demonstrations and guide customers through the process.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources.
• Follow dealership sales process and timely follow-up with customers.
